Zombie vomit. Those plant creeper things. Some quest boss AOEs... The Alchemist for example I think some NPC feral vampy types. Some undead explode into nasty black ground fog AOEs.
Trying to remember... Someone made a list once. Not a ton, but certainly very annoying spells and abilities, Not nearly as common as fire and ice.
It's not as useful as you think given that regular spell resistance is the same as specific resistances. They need to flesh out the stats a bit more.

Incorrect, if I'm reading you right. Specific spell resistances do not suffer from DR (Overcharged) and one can easily hit the 3150 hard cap for a specific school of magic, where as hitting 3150 for ALL resistance is much harder to achieve.
What I wanted to imply is the use of such passive is so minimal compared to other races who gets huge stat boosts.
Lets face it, Argonians and Bosmers have the crappiest racial bonuses, not all of them ofc but we have useless ones compared to other races,or partialy useless.
Show me one player who stacks disease resistances its obviously a waste of time and effort to add these disease resistance items.
Lets not forget the ZERO use in PVP.
I picked the Bosmer for one reason.. Its the shortest race available and its fun running between people when you're so small
The meatbag catapults in PvP I believe are disease damage. Also, the poison resist may help if a player wanted to go Werewolf and counter the vulnerability. We might see more poison later with Dark Brotherhood as well.

Exactly. I anticipated the Dark Brotherhood in some capacity in ESO and as such chose to play as a Bosmer and focus on alchemy. It'll pay off one day!!
