does the night's silence speed boost stack with the vampire speed boost? and if not what is the speed difference between the two

It's unbelievable that we have to wait until Update 3 to get a fix for this set. At least change the wording to represent the 0% it gives you, not 220%. How many people not on the forums have crafted this set only to find out it does absolutely nothing.2 -

✭✭✭I hope it gets fixed ASAP. they really could have done it with the last few hotfixes in my opinion. if they don't fix it next patch, I think they just need to take the set out of the game:/ from what iv heard about it, its been broken for quite awhile0 -
Kewljag_66_ESO✭✭✭✭✭They said its being fixed for update 3. all sets got a major change and give a bonus at 2, 3,4 and 5 pieces. Nights silence 5th bonus will be sneak movement speed of 60%. still no word if it stacks with others tho1

On the PTS it apparently stack, so Night's Silence 60% + full Medium Armor Passive 49% + Vamp 15% = 124% sneak speed increase.Edited by Iorail on July 13, 2014 9:51PM1 -

Medium Armor itself doesnt give sneak movement speed. The 49% is sneak stamina cost reduction.
So besides the Night's Silence set the other two sneak speed enhancements are from Vampire and the Concealed Weapon Ability (25%) from the NB's vielled strike morph. So if Vampire is 15% like you say.. Everyone wants to know if they could have 60% + 15% + 25% stack for 100% bonus0
