Unidentified Floating Object spotted in NA Wabbajack!

So I noticed a few of these in Cyrodiil today:
No idea what they are, and they don't seem to go away. Both were seen at Aleswell and are still there as of posting this.
Anyone have any idea what these are?

✭I've seen these too. No idea as to what they are, I saw them at a keep I was attacking so not much time to smell the roses and what have you.
