Are you seeing a particular error message when you try logging into the game, @Nylan? And have you tried using different browsers to access the account page and clearing your cache and cookies?
If you have and you're still having issues, we recommend adding eso.exe, the launcher, and account.elderscrollsonline.com as exceptions to your firewall and antivirus programs. Sometimes firewalls can block information coming in from the account page, which can cause these kinds of issues.
200 error, was fine yesterday, udated win 8, check chrome, IE and firefox, Account will not reply, on two different computers. one machine is win8 (updated today) other is win7, both worked fine yesterday. havent changed any router settings overnight. all other tabs on this website work fine for me. last error was a 201, acting like a DoS.
refreshed router, got a new DNS from my ISP, flushed DNS on both clients, still launcher and website account 200 error or not replying. thought it might be comcast DNS, but EQ2, Rift, Atlantica Online, all launch fine.
is it possible your DNS forwarder is having issues?
Nylan, I have been having similar issues. At least I could get to the Account Page to see if a password change would help. It didn't. I cannot get in game on my win 8 computer and cannot get to the Support site on either computer, win 7 and win 8.
Thanks for all of the additional information. So that we can further investigate, do you mind letting us know who your internet provider is and what megaserver you're playing on?
im with Comcast and on US megaserver. Steps taken to date, updated Netgear router firmware to latest version, requested new settings from ISP (DNS did change when I did that to 75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76, flushed DNS on clients, Opened manually suggested ESO ports on router. All other loaded MMO's on my network launch fine, Win8 and Win7 machines, all patched. Oh, also excluded ESO launcher and .exe on Norton AV.
