i'm thinking scales up 5% for every incoming player AoE hit thats impacted by the whole 6 target max so then maybe we can finally see a reduction on these pure "AoE or gtfo" elitists
make it tied to the Alliance War passives if you have to.

Because when you are hit by one fireball, you automatically become resistant to another one. Just like in real life...if you are hit by machine gun fire, you can resist the grenade.
Really, people should be able to walk out of a firestorm of AoEs with only minor damage. After all, why should you take damage just because everyone around you does?
did i say add caps? no i didn't. if this is implimented and actually works. they'll likely REMOVE the caps they put in seeing them as balanced. especially if the resistance is passive based so you'd actually have to specialize into it
Go back to pve Maan the whole of cryodiil agrees that no aoe cap is a good thing.
Zos tried to stealth it into one of patches and community slapped them down rightly so.....
