First off, I was inspired by what this community has done, in regards to building the add-ons for the game! Phenomenal work! 
So, I would like to get started on the process of building add-ons.
My question is, can someone direct me to a good place where I can get started?
I am fairly new at attempting something like this so my knowledge in this area is a beginner.
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, I looked but could not find the information.

zgrssd✭✭✭✭The best documentation we have is the wiki on ESOUI.com. But we have not quite worked all the 1.1 and 1.2 stuff into it:
