Is there really a need to open yet another thread just because the game is down for 30 minutes ? Seriously people... They know the server is down and are surely working on it.

if they know it's down where is the splash note?

when you go offline, if you want to try to manage it the first thing you do is communicate.

So seriously people, totally expect a communication on a unexpected outage

Made the thread as I cannot mind read, and I don't have a magic wand that works, so no, I didn't know if ZOS knew until they said they did.
