when you go offline, if you want to try to manage it the first thing you do is communicate.
So seriously people, totally expect a communication on a unexpected outage1 -

Made the thread as I cannot mind read, and I don't have a magic wand that works, so no, I didn't know if ZOS knew until they said they did.
