European Megaserver move to Europe outrage!

We’re getting closer and closer to being able to announce a specific date for the migration of the EU Megaserver to our Frankfurt data center. As I type this, it looks like the move will happen during either the last week of July or the first week of August. This is obviously a delicate operation, and we have to make sure that everything is up and running and that all character data is transferred successfully. We are taking the time to do it right.
This is outrageous! How dare you make the move to Europe in the last week of July or first in August? I will be away from home then and unable to check out the new setup until I return some two weeks later. Sure! I'll be in Europe and, as it happens, not a million miles from Frankfurt. I'll STILL be away from home though and unable to play. How inconsiderate of you.
Further! How dare you dilly-dally, taking your time to make sure everything works correctly or successfully while we, your paying customers, are left on 'tenterhooks'?
I shall be writing to my local MP about this issue and demanding ...

Well, thank you! I'm here all week.
As it happens, I am quite shy about talking in front of folk I'm not familiar with and that almost cost me dearly when giving a presentation of my final college project!
I'm told, now and then, by those I permit to see my 'real' writings that they are quite good (the writings that is). I have trouble believing such though.
I'm off to pack for my trip now.
