I recently tracked down Ganthis, a Dunmer npc in Mournhold, who gives the intro quest to Shadowfen. However, I am puzzled by his location, which is near the bridge to the northwest exit of Mournhold, and nowhere near the border to Shadowfen. I only knew the general location of this npc from browsing another topic on Shadowfen, and would have never found him otherwise, as Shadowfen is south of Mournhold, and after defeating Vox, no one even suggests where I should go next, let alone Mournhold.
While this is a very minor issue, and ZOS has much bigger issues on the plate, I wouldn't mind seeing Ganthis relocated somewhere else, where someone traveling from Deshaan to Shadowfen might actually see this guy and pick up this quest, which is supposed to be the transition to Shadowfen.
