Or a very poorly designed stacking of skills/passives. The guy is already difficult enough to kill because he is an emperor vampire mist forming oil pots everywhere and is untargetable during both mist and batswarm.
He was easy to kill a couple of nights ago with some proper tactics but now, with the movement speed, he is a nightmare. Thanks.

It's a bug which persists through relog/client restart and only seems to fix on death. Additionaly, reports of ppl coming back after dying and still having super speed would seem to indicate that it's replicateable on demand, and hence exploitable.POST EQVITEM SEDET ATRA CVRA
