I'm aware that the ESO Customer Support page is down, however is the account page currently down as well? I keep getting Error 500.

You can reach the account management site with following link:

https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/account/billing/change-subscription

Actually only this site seems to have a problem:
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account

Workaround:

Go to: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/
Login with your account Information.

EVEN if you get "error 500", just open following URL (same browser session!):
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/account/billing/change-subscription

Now you should be able to manage your subscription.

Yes it worked. I was becoming worried as I've tried on 2 computers on different connections, running through the steps given by support with no luck. It used to work no problem, until I actually needed to make changes. Thanks for that work around, much appreciated!
