Fix the bug ( this monday is probably out of question )
Start talking
Credit players for lost time
Fix the bug (eventually)
Fire lot of people basically all faces we know from the interviews. That should be publicly announced coz those guys are liability.
Start removing debris what left after the storm.
Note: Yes i forgot this one - fire your PR department ( including cleaning lady ) and hire professionals
This.
Although I think you should keep the cleaning lady. When I look at interviews people are wearing clean clothes. She might be the only one there who is actually doing her job.
I get that this is your first MMO ZOS, but your communication skills is absolutely appaling. Sticking heads into the sand is not going to make us forget these issues, communicating with us might make us forgive them.

That said, we do require that all posts on the ESO forums stay in line with our Code of Conduct, which does not allow demands. As such, we have removed the word "Ultimatum" from the title of this thread. In addition, we'd like to remind everyone to please keep their posts civil and on topic.

I just have to logout my character, not quit the client to gain my fps back.
I dunno if this looks like a memory leak issue here.
Push out patch regardless of whether or not you know 100% if it is the issue. You can't really make it any worse than it is now, in its current state it is unplayable.

That is what I do even on the most intensive fights like the siege of Castle Alesia last night. (Hopsfire EU)

Honestly though, all these "do this NOW or ELSE!" and "you will loos mai monies!" posts are really pretty infantile and unproductive.
If you are really that impatient, and can't go enjoy some other aspect of the game for a week or two while they get things worked out, then just leave. Don't come onto the forums and make threats and announcements like you are going to single-handedly blackmail ZOS into pulling out their Harry Potter wand.
They weren't holding back the fix snickering to themselves until you came along with your threats. No one cares. Quitting posts are against the TOS for a reason.
They provide nothing constructive and don't alter the fabric of space time to magically fix the problem any faster.
Remove PvP and add some raids.

This is not scientific by no means but I think it does show that PVP is a definate minor part of this game atm.... PVE is the part I think they are more concerned about ... Just a hunch ... But I do not think they are taking this lightly , but Im sure they are not going to drop everything to fix this...
But once people start leaving, there will not be enough population for the campaigns and the whole concept will collapse, leading to more people leaving.
This + three exclamation marks. Write that down on your foreheads, people at zeni.Being responsible for my companies IT structure, I understand that these problems takes a long time to fix, there are so many things that needs to be investigated and the culprit isn't always as obvious.
The best way to mitigate damage like this is to give out as much information as possible to your customers. Post a daily update on what you guys are doing, you have excellent forum moderators here, make sure the developers are actually using these moderators to the fullest by relaying information to your customers.

Another patch, and yet we still don't know what the progress on this FPS issue is. I wish SOMEONE from Zenimax would give us some info besides "I know its frustrating but please keep giving us your money we're working on it don't worry".
