@Phantax We know it was you so stop blaming the poor dog.
It's not like I expected any sympathy but how the hell did so many people come to the conclusion it was me ? If it had been me he would have probably sniffed my butt and left the room, not his own...lol

Please, call it football. It's played predominately with feet and a ball, as opposed NFL which is not.
In the case of a dog, wouldn't that then be pawball ?

When my dog farts it scares her. She jumps in the air and runs away, then looks at her back side like she is trying to figure out if that actually came from her.
Not all football players do this. It is very much frowned upon in the English game. During the coverage of the first World Cup games the sports broadcaster on the UK TV channel was spitting fire at when Pepe of Portugal got sent off for head butting Thomas Muller. Not for that act, he said he was more annoyed at Thomas Muller for play acting than he was the red card incident it lead to.
His fellow English commentator was agreeing it needs to be stamped out. And Patrick Veira formerly of Arsenal was saying it was part of the game, and that just spurred him on even more.
It really is mostly mainland European thing, and definitely widespread in South America, where they seem to regard it casually as part of the game. African team not so much, or Asian ones. In England we generally HATE it. We see more of it due to more foreign players in the English domestic leagues, but most English players don't do it.
