Where can a person find the new patch notes prior to a patch being released?

Stated by an employee that 1.2.5 is released today but there are no notes for that patch number in the Patch Notes forums. I keep seeing posts about how VR zones are going easy mode today but I have yet to see that stated in patch notes.

    Patch notes are published once maintenance is over.
    NA megaserver are still offline, so no patch notes yet.

    Its under developer discussions talking about the first change to veteran content will be the 7th, which is today.

    So to find new information look in the Dev tracker not the Official Patch section. Might just be me but that is really odd. Thanks for the info.

    So to find new information look in the Dev tracker not the Official Patch section. Might just be me but that is really odd. Thanks for the info.

    How is it odd? It's a post about upcoming changes in a patch, but nothing specific. Do you see any patch notes in that link? No. Hence why it's not in the Official Patch section.

    It'll be in the Patch Section when it's REALITY, until then, yes, Dev Tracker is the place you keep up to date with what's planned and announced.

    Not all that odd. It was in the developer discussion forum, since it was upcoming change. The patch notes are for the actual this happened today! Not the random here is what we are working towards in the future.

    Not odd at all. That post doesn't list specific changes. It's just a general overview of what the developers are working on for the next patch. The Developer Discussions forum is the appropriate place for it. When the patch releases, then the patch notes will list the specific changes.

    Patch section is about what has happened. Dev section is about what's going to happen.

    Nothing odd about that, it's standard practice
