I had a few ideas of stuff that I think would be nice to add, mostly cosmetic or helping stuff.

1:[Helping] Add an option to turn on or off one or multiple Keen Eyes. Reason is I recently decided to pick up Alchemy. I'm already a Tailor, Woodworker and enchanter and all those items already glow in the world for me. Issue is I often run up to what is simple low level clothing herbs and not alchemy herbs. It would also be nice once you're no longer looking for a certain type of item (capped or don't need anymore).

2:[Visual] actual good 1st person /emotes. I noticed over 3/4 of the animated emotes don't even have anything showing in 1st person while they should based on the 3rd person and the few that do are often way different or almost showing nothing. It would be nice if you would actually see your arms or legs when you use the sit or sleep ones. Maybe just enable some sort of immersive 1st person when you manually /emote so you actually get to see your whole body when doing the emote.

3:[Visual] Character re-customization. Basically having an option (for in-game currency depending on level?) That gives us back both last tabs from the original character creation screen (body and head), Can't change alliance, class or race, but can reshape your entire self. Pretty sure some already regretted some features they put on their characters but are already too high level to re-roll just for that. It would also give a reason to use in-game current for other than players trading, repairing, horse feeding and bag space.
