Other than what everyone's familiar with (lycanthropy and vampirism), what else is there? What's the point of having "disease resistance" enchantments?

✭✭"Disease" is a particular class of damage like fire, shock, etc, which certain enemies deal. I believe the zombie vomit attack is an example of it.0
