So. End of the main arc, the big baddie, Molag Bal. I took him on with a VR1 Templar, level 46-50 heavy armor, two-handed with a level 46 blue Greatsword.
Thumbnail: My Templar made Molag Bal cry like a little B-word. It took maybe five minutes.
Aren't Templars supposed to be broken? Isn't Molag Bal supposed to be a big bad*ss, the prime enemy, the toughest opponent our heroes will face?
The key seemed obvious: Stay behind him. His cone attacks are always to the front, the meteor attacks are telegraphed well in advance and easy to dodge. When he summoned his army of daedra I blocked and let them kill themselves. I stayed behind Moe, hacked and slashed, my health never went below 80%.
When it comes to Moe, as Alan Quatermain once said, "I'm waiting to be impressed." Mannimarco was much harder. Sinmur was much harder.
