Add-on to allow percentages and absolute values to be entered for scale.

The scale slider that is available under Settings/Video shows no value or percentage. Would someone be able to develop something to both display and allow value to be entered using percentages and the absolute value (such as "78.98808000") as it appears in UserSettings.txt? This would make fine tuning the UI much faster than having to quit out, make changes, then restart. Thank you.
