https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uukKp1GnfI4You guys know the real hackers don't run at full speed, one shooting people!
They are running about 5-10% faster than possible so you think it's just someone with many speedbuffs and sprinting (although they don't have to use a slot for speedbuffs or need stamina)
They hit about 5-10% harder than a normal crit, or at the level of a high crit all the time, so that you think that they were just lucky with critting a few times in a row.
They mitigate so much damage, so that you think they put everything into defense, while they didn't and have as much magicka as someone putting nothing into defense.
1st rule of a smart hacker is to give you only so much advantage that you don't see exactly that they're hacking but they still have an advantage.
It's like beeing in hardcap on everything, not having the uber values.
During normal play you can never be sure that they have cheated.
That's where you need the things to be handled server side, anti cheat tools and so on.
-He's moving at super speed while doing the impulse animation, so he can't be sprinting at that moment.Could be a bug/hack or could be the player was in 7-pcs Medium gear with the Athletics passive + Retreating Manuevers + The Steed Mundus stone + full Divines + liberal use of Stamina pots + w/e else there is in the game for increased speed that's 100% legit. There's also a set that reduces Sprint cost to allow a player to sprint even longer.

They can have such speed with medium armor, steed, skills and so on.
But some people have that speed like going all into speed while having magicka and magickareg like they were going full into magicka and damage mitigation like going full tank.
You can't see clearly that they do hack, but somethings wrong, when some is super fast (steed, medium, skills) spams skills like there is no tomorrow (warlock, syrabane) and uses his ulit every five seconds (dragon, potentates) and heals for incredible high amounts (twilights embrace).
Its like they're combining every possible specialization in one character.
Also can someone check the maths I did in the post above.
He heals for 1821hp in one second. Lets say 1400 if he uses a pot at the same time, which still would be 33% of his total hp, not of his missing hp.

Also with his healing there is something wrong:
He has 4233 max hp
he was down to 1429 hp
Dragonblood is 33% of missing health.
4233 - 1429 = 2804 hp missing health
33% of 2804 is 925
1429 + 925 = 2354
still he got up to 3250 in a second, which is 1821hp this is even more than 33% of his max health (33% of 4233 = 1396) its 33% of 5518.
So, seeing how the EP zerg was feeding hard at Alessia all day long, I went over to check out what was going on. This is what I saw. A certain AD emp running around at seemingly impossible speeds while spamming pulsar and standards. So what I wanna know is, is that just speed buff stacking or something else?
And no it wasn't me lagging, others in zone were commenting on that speed as well.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uukKp1GnfI4

well u can buff the 33% by alot.
emp buff gives u 10% more received healing. twilight embrace set another 10%.
u were close to a keep - so combat medic also stacks on top of this. (isnt that 10%? or even 20% at rank2? not sure about the number)
so the 33% from dragon blood get another 30% boost which would make it ~42%.

how can u listen to this music? xD
Yep, happened to me once. Looked like someone casted maneuvers and then I got hit with a mage rune, but im not really sure. Lets you run ridiculously fast. Only dieing fixed it for me. Im sure it's possible to find out exactly how to do it tho, especially for a certain cheating AD emp...It's a bug. Every now and then if you're lucky enough you can get bugged and run at ridiculous speeds. I've seen it on numerous random people.

Emperor gives you +50% not 10%.
