Basically all of them use weapon crit on the initial strike, but the dots on said abilities use spell crit .

EDIT: I think inhale is the only one that uses spellcrit all the way that isn't a dot, but i haven't tested that skill in particular.

Firey Breath is all Spell Crit based on my tests but I think it's the only attack that has an initial strike that's spell crit. the other like you said seem to all be weapon crit for the first strike.

Talons uses weapon crit on the initial strike and spell crit on the dot, cinder storm as it's a dot of a sorts uses spell crit.

I haven't personally tested stonefist or fragmented shield, but acording to some guildies, stonefist uses weapon crit and fragmented shield uses spell crit on the explosion.

You might wonder why it's so confusing, it's mostly because logic is not being used.
Sorcerer class skills however only use spell crit.

Initial hit of searing strike, lava whip, talons initial hit, fiery grip, and probably stonefist but barely anyone uses that...

Dragon leap ultimate might use weapon crit too, but I dont use that either.
