Templar Solar Flare Question
When Solar Flare is morphed into Solar Barrage, is it still a targeted skill or does it become a ground target spell, or a point blank AOE?

✭✭✭Solar Barrage is an AoE with a much shorter range than solar flare, but it's also instant cast.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC

There is no target not ground either. You cast anytime and explodes aoe from you. Very good for pve. But other is better PvP.
now that they improved puncturing sweeps I morphed back to solar flare for the distance and heal debuff in PvP and use blazing shards/ puncturing strikes for multiple targets instead... Miss solar birrage though. 5
