BIRD NPC's SHOULD REACT TO CHARACTER MOVEMENT

While playing ESO, birds can be seen all over Tamriel. However, they never react to my characters movement when i pass over them. It is understandable that we cant target them/kill them, but Zenimax should really add AI that prevents us from ever being in too much contact with them.

Lets have them fix what is currently broken before they start changing things and break something else. Like they will give the birds an AI and suddenly they will start grouping up and taking over.

I'm confused are you talking about the level 1 random creatures in all zones that just putter around with no care of the world? If so, I see birds, deer, fox, etc run from me when I get too close.

Actually, when I walk/sprint/ride my horse past a group of birds on the ground, rocks, what have you... They all startle and then fly away. (Then come back to land later.)

I'd just be happy if they let us shoot them. I can shoot pretty much everything on the ground, but the birds are unshootable, and they would require the most skill.

Most birds do tend to move/fly away when I approach them. Ravens don't, but I don't expect them to, anyway; the RL ravens I remember from up north were pretty brassy.

Please don't, I'm tired of them making cosmetic changes at the expense of game performance.

Yes, that's the reason there's lag! To many moving animals!

I vote for 8 bit, two dimensional graphics! That would make things ZOOM!

No, no--wait! Convert it to a text based game!
There's be no Lag at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

whatever, nothing they changed "should" affect performance or game function, and it always does (the fps, the ridiculous white trash in every freaking containers), I have zero confidence in their ability in making "small" cosmetic changes right now.

Sure, it would be nice yes. I must admit I've noticed this myself once or twice.

Just as an aside: changes (whether or not to implement them) should generally be based on the positives they bring to the game, not held-back due to any possible unforeseen/unrealistic negatives.
If you can be anything, be kind.
