I agree with OP. I think that whoever is managing the release of updates isn't fully aware that we are NOT in beta anymore. The responsibility of testing and releasing a quality product (patch) falls completely on them now, but the current behavior suggests otherwise. It IS an enormous game and it isn't easy to test everything because that would require a LOT of manpower and time. Still, no compensation is given to those that would otherwise be payed for the job (game testers; it seems the playerbase is forced the role).

The PTS server is not a requirement. However, I have been told that numerous bug reports, made even before the game was released, have simply been ignored to this day. An explanation is at the very least common courtesy.

The dialogue, behavior, and general attitude toward the playerbase is lacking - they deserve better.

I just want to make it clear that I am not demanding compensation nor do I dislike the game or have particularly disliked the game at all (in fact, quite the opposite) - I haven't posted a flame or complaint thread in this forum ever. Just stating the facts and where I believe a lot of negative emotion regarding ESO is stemming from.

Just a quick FYI, a lot of the bugs, such as the FPS issues found in the game currently, don't appear until an enormous amount of people log onto the server. Simply put, a lot of these bugs didn't actually appear on the PTS prior to going live.

These bugs are annoying, sure. No one likes an unplayable build. However, they will get fixed as soon as possible and everyone one here should have enough manners to realize that rude behavior isn't acceptable, no matter how strong a sense of entitlement you might have.

I am here on these forums because I still can't play. I have an older PC and was able to play this game for the whole campaign these last few months (finished 19th).

I am experiencing the FPS drops as well as a loading issue that makes the game unplayable. I have put in ticket after ticket and has ended with "The developers are currently working on a hotfix to eliminate that issue you are experiencing." So I have to wait.

Will I get compensated for this loss of gametime? Probably not. Can I influence the way they release these incomplete and downright game breaking patches? I hope so.
