No it won't. Worst case scenario they wait for the console releases see what the sub numbers are after console hype then shut the servers down.1 -

✭As far as I know, we really have no up to date information on any of the future plans for this game. With the recent turn of events, we would be wise not to rely on even the vague information we got before ("some time after summer"). Plans can change, and in my opinion they should change when the circumstances change as much as they have done.
If I were to venture a guess, I would say "whenever the console version is released", which can be any time from September to never.
