Well, to be clear from my own point of view, forced-solo play in optional MMO side-quests is silly.
Forced-solo quests in main-story MMO quests is unforgivable.
Really, forced-anything (solo or grouping) in an MMO is just stupid.

I understand what you mean. Was just answering a question as to have any others done it.

I'm fed up with the attitude that we shouldn't complain about complainers. If they have a right to complain, then we have a right to complain about their complaints.
If someone has an issue with the game, defend the game. Don't attack the poster. It just belittles you.
If the game is great and you can't simply bring up positive counter points, you don't have much to stand on.
This.
Blackwidow and Cogo agreed upon something! This is progress, folks!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suUyagsvKhk Dag nab it!! I complained about complaints and all I got were these complaints, stupid complainers.

I honestly hope they do care and trying their best to fix these issues I just honestly dont think that is what they are doing. This long silence over VR and forced instances show ( me personally) that they just do not care and do not plan on fixing issues.
Next time you don't realize what the issue is maybe have experience outside of ESO then come back with a valid argument pleaseclaytonjhouserb14_ESO wrote: »poodlemasterb16_ESO wrote: »

Gonna run my Vampire DK through Manimarco's little level 20 test. This will be fun, the adds will be ... used, My Vampires never get fed, they throw nothing, even slightly tasty, away.
You sir must be here to troll or you would realize you have no mmorpg experience. Now if you did you would see what a horror filled disaster this launch was and you could see how little the developers seem to care.

Yes but we might also imagine that what you are complaining about aka VR and forced solo instance don't need to be fixed . Why? Because the dev want it to be the way it is .I mean VR zone could already have been nerfed instead they give you a death recap and try to improve it.So that may mean that they want to keep the difficulty the way it is...We don't have number but also you seem to forget that it is possible that there s more people that like it than some who don't ...I am actually very happy with VR content for now . Even if I m not in the majority in the forum that doesn't mean I m not in the game .

Ya know, I think this is the first MMO that has forced solo content. If I'm wrong then someone should provide an example.
The Secret World did it.
I hate that they do this.I am finally up to level 43,but the main storyline keeps throwing me into level 50 quests.Personally,I think that when you enter into a main story quest ,it should automatically be your level,or one above you.Same with the items dropped or given as rewards. If they can tell what level you are playing, they sure can level your quests accordingly. I am speaking about the main storyline,of course. If you enter an area that has all higher level quests and creatures, enter at your own risk.@Aureli They are already forcing people to overlevel the main quest, so I don't see what the issue is?
