PVP Discussions

Would it be possible to separate PVP and PVE discussions into 2 separate forums? I am fairly certain that both types of players might be much happier. General information from ZOS could just be posted in both. Long and excruciating discussions of irrelevant matters are unpleasant.

I am referring of course to the General Discussion area. Thus, General - PVE, General -PVP.

We already have this, more or less. The Alliance War section is more so for the PvPers, but everyone comes to the General Discussion to try and be heard to a larger audience rather than the seemingly smaller group that PvPs.

Yes, I realize that but endless discussions of the situation in the battle areas are a
bit irritating to those that never aspire to going there. As I am sure questing info is to the warriors.

I really hope that Moderators start doing their job and moving PvP discussions into Alliance War forums, because they shouldn't be here. Kill it with fire! :smiling_imp:

While that's fair, it's also leaving room for discussion on class abilities to be shifted to their dedicated sub forums. Complaints on bugs and glitches shifted to customer support. Discussions on new guilds to those forums.

While general discussion is a broad label, having someone who sorts the posts where they need to go might actually be beneficial, but it would upset many here who post in GD because they want more people to see.
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

    XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

People who have little or no interest in PVP do not need to know about the sorrows of the warrior caste. Particularly when those sorrows are reiterated endlessly and repeatedly for days in every possible permutation of language.

And that's why forums have a structure with separate sections for different type of content. I hate seeing bug reports everywhere, even in crafting forums, alliance war whine everywhere but the dedicated AW forums. GD is supposed to be for the discussion of General topics, sometimes not specifically related to ESO. I'd ever rather see another million polls that endless AW whining
