Patch 1.2.4 Werewolf 100% proc intended?

    Hey guys, apologies for the confusion! The 100% proc rate against werewolves is absolutely not intended, and is a known issue with Silver Bolts which we plan on fixing next Monday with 1.2.5. We'll edit the patch notes to reflect this.

For example, your weapon might have an enchant that, when it procs, delivers additional fire damage to your opponent.     Well good thing this is an non-issue now. But Fambaab, there is no lore anywhere that makes vampires weak to silver, such as there is for werewolves, silver being the very bane of their existence.
    However, vamps do have a terrible weakness for fire. Although I'm not altogether sure what lore that came from either Lol.

    To the OP, guess my "preconceptions" were right eh? It's bad publicity to chuck around accusations of poor development designs until we know for sure what was intended. I wish people would keep this in mind more often.

    Hey GinaBruno, can you also tell us if you are going to remove the cooldown on devour? The latest patch was supposed to remove its cooldown and limit its utilisation to once per corpses but somehow it didn't got implemented ingame.

    They are aware of this so it's obviously on the cards at some point since they tried, and failed, to fix it this time.

    Thanks for clearing it up! A bunch of my WW friends will definitely be happy to hear that. Not to mention it's good to know since I do have a WW alt that I plan to continue to level up once I'm done with my "human" Sorc.

    Um WTH are you guys at ZOS thinking? You give werewolf yet another disadvantage compared to vamp? Seriously that is intended? Are you all smoking something there? I'm not a ww and don't want to be but good lord. I feel bad for those guys. Their abilities don't work anywhere near like they should and now you make it even more disadvantageous to be a ww than a vamp.

    I just don't get what in the world is going through the minds of the people making decisions for the future of this game. It's like they put up a dartboard with all the worst decisions they could possibly make for a given week and throw darts to pick which one to do next.

    if you actually transform into werewolf... lol your doing it wrong... find another forum to troll

    You know, I really don't get you guys. You didn't like the way healing staffs were generating ultimate so you just turned it off completely while you figured out what to do about it. Why would you allow werewolves to get 1 shot for another week while you twiddle your thumbs?

    A perceived exploit with a positive impact is nerfed right away.
    An obvious exploit with a negative impact is just left on simmer for a week.

    Pretty much standard procedure for mmorpgs. Beneficial effects that are unintended get squashed almost immediately.
    Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

    lol. its like their main plan is to weaken the weakest points of the game, and strengthen the strongest points of the game. in all seriousness though, at least ZOS is trying, and is listening. They did SOMEWHAt fix silver bolts, they just have yet to decide how to finalize it
