He has a lot of funny sayings, a different one per zone, but he appears missing in Coldhabour and I was just wondering if anyone has found him

Yes, look under achievements under explorer. Once you talk to him in every zone you finish the achievement "I like M'aiq"

    Its easier then the achievements

I know he has a bunch of sayings, but most of them are just uh, too "limited of intelligence" to be appreciated I guess......

I am just after the achievement, and yes, its a stupid one but I have CDO so I have to finish it anyway. (CDO is the same as OCD but the letters are in the right order)

You have to go back to Morrowind and Oblivion, where M'aiq was even more of a platform for the developers to poke fun at player criticisms and demands. That's why he has such a cult following (or that's how it started anyway).

I'd assume anyone who'd found him in Coldharbour would shout it from the rooftops at this point, but... <crickets>

    He's also in Oblivion.

I think he's an immortal... or a Daedra/Aedra in disguise watching the turn of the world from behind slitted cat eyes.

One of his comments, is his fathers name is also M'aiq and so was his father's father.

So maybe he is just a normal cat with a very strange family tree.

But he is a liar! How could that be true, what he said?

M'aiq always tells the truth. Except when he doesn't.

I think M'aiq lied about visiting Coldhabour. I have seem him in every other zone but not Coldhabour.

He's there. And he's always there to make fun of the forums.

He's got a lot of really, really good lines about things people whined about in beta, and he has a fantastic line about whining, too.

Because he's in every single Elder Scrolls game, which many of us have been playing since the beginning?

Checked after patch 1.2.4.....M'aiq is still lying about visiting Coldhabour. I think this is a broken achievement (can not be completed)

I think he's secretly Sheogorath. But then, I think everyone is secretly Sheogorath. Especially Cadwell. But especially M'aiq!

Maybe he is like Dave Lister from Red Dwarf and is his own father.

Going to retalk to Cadwell in the five spots he appears in Coldhabour, maybe I will get the M'aiq update :)

Not sure about Arena or Daggerfall, but he was in Morrowind (he was the only source for a clue for completing one quest), he was in Oblivion, and yes he was in Skyrim.
