Hi there. I don't use a Resto Staff, and I don't pvp. I'm still dropping to 4 fps and having to reload my ui every 5-10 minutes. ZOS, I don't know if you actually read the forums, or if the people who do have any power at all to get things changed, but please....
I'm a loyal supporter who argues in defense of this game, but even I can't excuse two weeks plus now of being almost unable to play, even solo pve.
Please, undo whatever change broke the world.
