Working Version of SweetFX for windows 8.1

Does anyone have a working version of SweetFX with RadeonPro ( I was told I needed that also for it to work correctly) for Windows 8.1? I would be in whomevers debt if they could send me all the correct files with everything set up. I've tried so many different times to get it to work and something always goes wrong but I really want to push the game to see how well my GPU will handle it and how beautiful the game really is.
