Pirate Disguise?? Where can I get the quest?

KariTR✭✭✭✭✭Seadrake disguise can be obtained on Stros M'Kai I think (Daggerfall Covenant). There is a higher level quest in AD too, but can't recall which zone right now.0 -

That's the Seadrake one from Stros M'Kai in Daggerfall. You can find them on Seadrake pirates or in containers in Saintsport (a small settlement on Stros M'Kai). There's a quest that you're supposed to use them for, but I don't think you need to have the quest to get them.
