Change Request - Heavy Armor Tree

For those who are interested in providing some constructive feedback, I created a thread last night on the PTS forums with some serious suggestions for changes to the Heavy Armor skill tree.

So far, my ideas seem pretty popular, so I figured I would invite the rest of the community to participate in the discussion.
One request though: Do please be constructive and civil. I'm looking to evoke quality change, and that requires quality feedback.

    Your changes are logical and good. I would consider changing the taunt to a passive hate gain.

    Hey, Thanks man, I appreciate the support. :)
    Not a bad idea on the hate gain, I'm just not sure *exactly* how the aggro works in ESO under the hood. Aggro definitely has a DR or "drop off" timer connected with it, so I'm not sure if bumping passive hate would screw up the whole system or not. Taunts we already have, so I figured I'd go that way with it.

    Jump into the other thread, throw down your thoughts. Maybe we can shake something out of this and get some solid fixes soon.
    The Heavy Armor tree review / revamp should be coming up soon, by my estimation, since the Medium Armor tree recently got some attention.
    If we get our ideas out there now, maybe we can get ahead of the ball, rather than under it.
