I am curious why ESO doesn't monitor this place for bots if there is some real concern about botting? I have leveled four characters passed this place and I have never been in there a single time without seeing a significant amount of blatant botting. Always the same Templar two-Handers running the same routes over and over. They don't even attempt to hide it and there is never a time when they are not there. The mods must know about it by this time every time I go in there I report half a dozen people then get bored with the reporting because I never see a change.

I haven't seen bots in quite some time, but if you run in to them, just report and move on. The developers need to break the botting program before they ban the accounts.

I went there yesterday and I saw no bots whatsoever only a few vet12 players doing the same thing as me: waiting around for the champions to get the achievements.

Are you sure they're bots and not just players farming.

Just saying, I have farmed there before and to other players I probably looked like a bot jut running in circles.

Came across a vet level bot yesterday in Glenumbra. First one I have seen in a while too.

I've not seen any bots there nor anywhere in quite some time. But I have seen farmers and what I can only assume are multi-boxed toons.

And you mention farmers and 'boxers in a thread about bots .. why?

Are you sure that wasn't me? I was on Glenumbra for a while yesterday, but I was farming an achivement (Monster Hunter), and No, I'm not a bot....lol

The only vet level bots you should see are vr1, as they can't progress further than that without doing the Molag Bal solo quest.

I will say in general botting is way down, this is just one place I always see them. I get how this place is perfect for botting it is easy to get around and there is an endless supply of leather scraps to decon.

Maybe they were not bots but typically when I see a line of templars, holding two-handers, spamming biting jabs only, running back to back in a line, turning at the same exact points, running the same course over and over and never moving from that course I assume they are bots. I just report them and the mods can figure out if they are just farmers that happen to have the same exact specs and run identical routes endlessly turning on a dime at the exact same spots.

Because they sometimes look alike. You cannot always tell a farmer from a bot from a multi-boxer. It could be a case of mistaken identity.
