What is VR+/VR++

I've seen this around now and then.

Are we talking VR+ as your first VR faction and VR++ as your second VR faction, or..?

VR+ is the 1st faction you get to finish after your main story. VR++ is the Last faction.

VR+ is VR1 to 5 zones and VR++ is VR5 to 10 zones
