PvE Lag? stop every few steps even when "w" key is pressed and held.

Its quite annoying, running collecting some mat, pressed and held "w", but character kept stopping every few steps.
Its not a problem with the "w" key, when character stops, no other key works, "a" "s" "d" "e", etc.
This happened before in the past, but never been so bad.

Anlaemar✭✭✭Does your character just completely stop moving or does game actually freezes? My game freezes alot since the last patch and I narrowed it down to the addons. Disabled them all and I never get freezes.(NA) Anlaemar with 750+ Champion Points

✭game doesn't freeze, just my character completely stops and loses all interaction with the environment.
