Invigorating Drain (Vampire Skill) can not be used when a mob has this new "Stun Immunity" buff that was added with this patch. It looks like a bunch of circles around the NPC. This buff lasts 7-8 seconds and many normal trash mobs have it all over veteran content. It seems to have been given to a random assortment of NPC's, not all. No way to tell until you fight a mob if they have it. Some dungeon delvs don't have it, some do. Some world bosses don't have it, some do. I've fought several 3 packs where 2 of the 3 mobs I'm fighting have this immunity.
Can't count on it as an interrupt or an emergency heal anymore. This makes using Invigorating Drain, the only non-ultimate vampire skill that does damage, practically useless for any mob that has this buff. And since you don't know until you engage them, it makes using this ability extremely sketchy and unpredictable. Furthermore, the duration is so long that by the time the immunity buff runs out the mob is already going to be dead most likely, because if you can't kill a trash mob in 8 seconds, you have other problems.
It needs to be changed to allow the casting of Invigorating drain on mobs that have stun immunity, or the stun immunity needs to be reduced significantly to a duration that isn't completely ridiculous. Like 1 or 2 seconds would be reasonable. 8 seconds is NOT reasonable.
Invigorating Drain is an ability that can NOT be chain cast, it's a 1 cast per mob spell. You can't abuse it by chain-stunning mobs with it, which I assume is why you added the stun immunity buff in the first place. It's not like it was a super powerful skill. It's a channeled skill that only effects 1 target at a time. I do not think it was intended as a catastrophic nerf to vampires, but it's probably going to make the remaining vampires quit the game or just drop Vampire if you do not change it.
There really is no point to being a vampire anymore. You have basically nerfed us out of existence. I do not know why you continually antagonize your subscribers with this kind of stupidity.
Some mobs I have encountered thus far with the Stun Immunity ability:
Dremora Caitiff
Bitterhand Brigand
Oathbound Ravanger
Skeletal Ravanger
Nelecar Stormbinder
There are a lot more, but I didn't write them down. I will continue updating this list though.
