question on filtered water

So alchemy solvents are natural water (level 3 potions), clear water(10), pristine water(20), cleansed water(30), filtered water(40), purified water(V1), cloud mist (V5).
In zone 1 and 2 I can find natural water and clear water, in water body, crate and barrels.
In zone 3, I can find pristine water in water body.
In zone 4, I can find cleansed water in water body.
In zone 5, I can NOT find filtered water in water body, they are all cleansed water. In the crate, I seems to only find purified water.
in VR, its all purified and cloud mist.
So the question is:
Where are the filtered waters?

✭I noticed level 40ish water/provisioning were oddly reduced when I was at those levels. At the end of the 3rd zone and then in the 4th I kept finding level 50 materials instead. That was a awhile ago though.0 -

✭okay, i don't think any waterbody in coldharboru actually has pure water spot.
Let me try Cyrodiil.
UPDATE: okay, the waterbody in northern highrock has no pure water spot neither....

You're looking for the water bags in the lost fleet area in Coldharbour, if I'm wrong I apologize but it's been awhile since I worked on Alchemy. The southern area of Bangkorai should also yield filtered water as well.Edited by Ragekniv on June 29, 2014 8:08PM0 -
I found some in crates and such. I think it was in zone 4. It was very rare so I leveled to purified water with cleansed water.0 -

Only place I can find filtered water is the barrels and crates of evenmore, in 5th zone of DC. while in 5th zone of EP and AD, I tried Riften and Rawl'kha, all I got is purified water.
So, all waterbody in all factions' 5th zone only give cleansed water, while AD and EP has virtually no filtered water?
Some bugs maybe?0 -
Yes. Most likely a loot table bug.

Found the occasional water bottle, but no standing water. This. The water is actually Azure Plasm. Yes, I actually read the loading screens and lore books.
As for the topic, I never noticed. It's interesting that it's difficult to find.0
