So.. me and my guildie who is an Computer Technician that usually fixes stuff on a daily basis tried helping me do a temporarily fix on the launcher. it didn't work, we tried typing / copy pasting that long message into your app settings, we tried tuning the compatibility mode, running as administrator, temporarily changing stuff in the 'user settings' in the zenimax live folder. hell, I even uninstall the game 10 times, re-downloaded the 181MB needed and it still wouldn't work.

The game hasen't been altered or changed untill after the problem was persisting. It just started doing it randomly roughly 8-9 hours ago. I'm veteran 10, I run a endgame guild and I need to get back on immediately.

I started getting this error today as well - was able to get into game yesterday. Starting to hate hearing that they are doing 'server' maintenance.

I had this way back in Beta, and it started to do it yesterday. So this is a way i get around it. It's NOT a fix. 1st try restarting your modem & pc. If know joy then bypass the launcher ?:\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client Double click ESO Application (.exe)
This is not a fix but it will get you back in game (I hope)
    Good Luck

My launcher worked fine yesterday, but today it hangs up on MyLibrary -Loading. I have not updated or installed anything since I last played game. Restarted computer twice, did virus scan and a ccleaner run. don't quite understand it.

    Hello all,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have several potential repairs for you to try:

    - Try to run the game directly with ESO.exe from your game file.

    - Check if the launcher is not already running in the background.

    - Manually update your launcher. Details on how to do this can be found here.

    - Repair your launcher (The fatal error 11 is mostly resolved by repairing your launcher). Instructions for this are located here.

    - If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please try the following:
    • Open the game installation directory “Zenimax Online”
    • Open the folder named “Launcher”
    • Inside the “Launcher” folder, there is a folder named “ProgramData”
    • Delete the “ProgramData” folder
    • Open the launcher and download update
    • Click “Play”

If none of these potential repairs resolve your issue, please contact our Customer Support Team.
