Greetings everyone!

I've made a Rantosaurus video about MENTORING in ESO where I explains why I believe this feature is absolutely NEEDED the fastest, the better.
(Elloa The Rantoasaurus is a serie of 3 min videos where I rant on a random subject that inspire me at that time)

And you guys, what do you think?

It's an interesting thought. I find that it was fairly easy to solo 1-50 even as not a particularly strong class. I dont know if other players find it as easy, I have had to help some of my friends run a dungeon and it kinda sucked that my presence trivialized the content and things died too fast. But for the specifically designed group content, definitely.

I do agree it would be good to go back and do some of earlier dungeons again. I still havent completed most of the group dungeons from each zone as it is.

In my opinion it would help immensely guilds and communities to do activities together as lot of guilds (including mine) have suffered a lot of departures and have players of different levels that can not do much together beside Cyrodiils.
Even for the community as a whole it would help a lot. I'd not mind to help any players to do the Dungeons I've overleveled. I love them! It would be a lot more excitting to re-do them with the "correct level"
This would really help to keep the community together while Zenimax works on a solution to fix the Veteran Content.

Kind of a waste to use such a system. Mentoring only really works when there's a reason for higher levels to return to previous zones. Dolmens are a joke and would still be a joke with this system. Rifts and other minor static events are worthless so there's really no world content.

They already said they're making dungeons scale to the group leader, they don't need to further mess around with a system like this until they actually flesh the world out more and give the current world more substance.
Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

I'm just speaking about the Dungeon mentoring. Nothing more than that, even though I'd not be against it. But allowing to scale down to each Dungeon level is something really needed, imho.

I agree. In other games I've played that had this it really opened things up a lot. You can still play at your own pace but not have to worry about not being able to do things with your friends who either play or or less than you. In a solo levelling game like this it's virtually impossible to stay are the exact same place in advancement as other people. Plus it would be fun, say, at vet levels to be able to mentor down and do the lower dungeons with pickup groups if you notice one needing your role.

It would be most beneficial, across the board, if they fixed the group phasing issues before doing this. And better control over the group search tool would help a lot too.

Love your videos, by the way. :)
