Question: can you tell us (thats no company secret) your hardware for the 2 megaservers
i am just asking:
Hardware specs für the 2 mega-servers (its a cluster/cloud)
- bandwidth ?
- located at ?
- switching done by ?
- carriers routed to ?
- how many nodes ?
- how much san storage ?
- databases secured by ?
- etc.-...
that information is no secret, if you dont want to tell i ask your housing company (easily got by a simple trace)
.... if thats a secret, i am sure just because its to less

WHY should they say anything about their HARDWARE for ESO?
1. Very few players understands data centers. This is NOT the same as being a master at building a PC and know everything about PCs.
2. What they use is very, very unimportant. HOW, they utilize it is important.
3. More then likely, they have a virtual environment, which renders the question moot.
Why I am so sure its in a data center and they run in a virtual environment, is because that's standard for providing a service like a MMO. It is also less costly for a longer service that needs to add resources.
Need more resources? Add hardware. Easy. Even more easy if they buy the environment from a company who sells data center "area" for clients. Since then, adding resources is done in minutes. Its there, just need to add it to their environment and pay the bill.
