Load Error - please help me out or direct me

Hey everyone, after the Tuesday patch I play and the game pops up and error on my desktop (a game error not a PC error). I can abort, debug etc. but it keeps popping up. The same error (This error again is TESO error not any other error related to my PC)
-This happens anytime I go in and out of doors, buildings, or zones. In the world when I enter a small town it can also occur.
I know in BETA there was a way to repair the installation, but i can't seem to find this button anywhere on the launcher. I saw some old posts and comments from BETA but don't see anything now.
The error will happen a few times during any gaming session after this Patch. I Can abort the error message that pops on the desktop (for this game not my CPU) and continue playing but it does mess with progress and is really interrupting when I'm healing a group. Its not every-time I enter a new area, zone or room but after the first error pops up I see a few more often and not. Maybe one every 5 - 10 minutes.

On launcher, the 'options' tab just above the hotlinks in the middle of the screen has the repair button.Edited by KariTR on June 27, 2014 9:49PM0 -

Thanks for commenting. I'll see if I can re download the launcher.
It's not an issue of loading new zones. Those load fine. The error does not comes up after I load a zone or before or during.
Let's say I've been plying for 30 minutes and step away for 10 secs while standing the bad load error will pop up.
I also can be in the middle if a group dungeon healing and it pops up.
It has happened by just sitting in town. Outside of towns there is no rhym or reason. It just happens but only after the patch last Tuesday.
