Not receiving 1 time access code (over2 days still waiting)

Anyone else experiencing this issue or is it just me, zos or customer support don't seem to give a ***.

Try switching e-mails on your account, if you're able. Sometimes certain domains can be picky about receiving stuff... and yes, check your spam folder. While it seems obvious, a lot of times people do actually forget to do it. Don't have to be rude about the suggestion.

i cant access my account as I cannot receive the 1 time pass code.

And im sorry but I have checked my spam folders.. I just find it amazing that people think I wouldn't..

If you have waited for more than 15 - 30 min, and you have requested a resend, you need to go to the next level...email support or call support. https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/

Some people have had to change emails to get it to work.

When you tried to log in did a box pop up saying you had been emailed a new code and to input the new code here (in the box)?

If not then you probably won't receive the code either. Checking and sometimes reconfiguring (setting up again) antivirus, security, permissions for eso is necessary (unfortunately). Worth taking a look at.

Also I made the mistake trying to log in the first time, saw the message asking for code, then closed ESO to check my email. After I got it I tried logging back into ESO to put the code in but it wouldn't work because now they had sent a second code and the first was no longer valid. So if you do get the code leave ESO open and tab out to your email to get it.

I had to contact my ISP and have them remove all filters on my account until I finally was able to get it. If your email isn't gmail or a carrier like that, it's a distinct possibility. The emails never ended up in my spam folder they were blocked before I ever got them.

I haven't had this issue on this occasion, but it is ridiculous really, is about the third time since beta that we have had to enter a damn code to access the game we have been playing all along, and I can share the frustration you must feel if the code doesn't appear

I had this with a "Verfiy E-Mail for forum registration" once.
I just never got the mail. No mater how often I tried.
Finally I just made a seperate account just for that forum, registered anew - instant sucess.

This is a classical account guard feature, like it has been in use with every other MMO from WoW, over Champions/STO/NWO too SWTOR. Down to the new code after major patches (like release, 1.1 and 1.2).
Granted several of those allow you to turn it off. But not all of them.

Didn't you know? ZoS has a big issue of not delivering what their customers paid for....

All fun aside, submit a support ticket, you should have a response turn around fairly rapidly.
