It is a thankless job, and one that they are expected to do with a smile.
Lol, don't start losing your backbones now and caving to the 'oh so poorly done to dev's'.
They have had several years to get this game right on a reported budget of near $500 million.
If they release it before it's ready (and we all know it wasn't ready) then it's their fault that the boards are toxic.
So many thing's should have been sorted very early on in game creation.....like patch implementation.....you shouldn't be breaking more than you fix per patch, etc.
No, they brought this backlash on themselves and the lack of communication or ownership for mistakes made just fuels the flames.

Jessica we know spends her personal time reaching out to players (I don't care if you agree or disagree with the way in which she does it, point was, she's choosing to spend her personal time doing that), and devs are often working well over 40 hours a week, especially when it comes to launches (both official and patch).

And you know this how? You work for ZOS? You her BFF on FB? You sign off on her timecard? You don't know so please quit adding fancy stories to try and make your point stand out.

She stated it directly on another thread in the forums.

I think the point of the OP was that the forum mods face a lot of flack when they're only human and doing their job, not that the project or the company doesn't deserve any criticism whatsoever.

Looks like they are doing their job perfectly then in MOST cases due to LACK of communication.

Have you visited the known issues status thread yet?
I know you will never change your mind, based on your witty shotgun replies, but I think you should take a peek.
