devs or reps, please confirm that rare motif color changes are not accompanied by drop rate change

A simple question, since different color suggest rarity, I want to hear from either devs or reps to confirm this color change did, or did not, affect their drop rate.

Also, are you guys aware the newly made purple motif books are not found when searching for purple motif books in the guild store?
They keep showing under the blue requirement and missing when you search for purple quality motifs.3 -

When are you going to adjust purple provisioning recipe's drop rate to a level commensurate with their color? And if they are to remain at the same drop rate %, when are you going to add platinum rarity level to the game and change their color to that?
