Suggestion for improving the Phasing of quests!

Hello fellow players, and hopefully devs!

I am not much of a "speech" person so I will get straight to the point.

An issue I see a bit annoying is the Phasing of quests, which in my opinion is a good idea, but not very well thought until the end. There are many players wishing to help their fellow guild members or friends, but they can't because they already completed the quest(s) and they can't help out, which is pretty upsetting.

So here's what I think it would work out: Enable the players to ignore the phasing of a quest that they already completed with some conditions, of course! An as conditions, they have to meet the following: A player, to be able to ignore the phasing of a quest he/she already finished, must be in party with a player or players that are working on the quest(s).

I think this would work out without any (major) issues, or exploits, or whatever...

Any feedback on this would be much appreciated!

Thank your time reading this lame suggestion from a lame player! :)

Why can't they make it so when one or more people in a group is on a quest, the person who is on the earliest phase of the quest determines which phase everyone in the group is on at any given moment. This way, no matter what phase you are on, everyone in the group can be on the same phase. If you have to go into an instance then the whole group should be able to access the instance to help the player who is on the earliest phase. If there are group members who have already completed the quest, then they can help, but just won't get any quest rewards for it, but can get xp for killing mobs. Pretty simple if you ask me.
    The road leads ever onward...

Best thing would propably if you could choose the Active Phase of the quest. Totally free.

I heard the game goes by "leaders phase overrules all" right now, but have not tested it.

But I think a while back this "leader rules" caused an issue: The leader finished conversation wich changed phase wich included a teleport. Wich resulted in the other players being "ripped out" of the questphase too - we had to go back and finish it seperately.

It would be obvious that the higher player which already finished teh quest won't get no reward for the quest again, only some EXP when killing the designated creature or quest boss...

As for your idea, it seems a bit too complicated I guess (well for me)...

Either choose the phase or just default to the group leaders phase. If you are at a later point then you are just helping your friend until their phase "catches up" to yours.
