NB Soul Harvest Nerfed?

I've been away from the game for a while, I used to be able to deliver a hugely damaging blow (almost 1 shot public dungeon bosses) with the NB ultimate ability Soul Harvest when charged 100% from stealth and behind. Now it doesn't seem to do anymore than a heavy attack from stealth.

Was this nerfed at some point in a patch?

a few patches ago, yes. It no longer recieved the stealth damage boost.

Soul Harvest doesn't get the crit damage bonus when used from sneak anymore, you just get a regular crit.

NBs have, however, been receiving buffs in basically every patch, including the one that came out 2 days ago.

Okay thanks. Was a fun skill, but I guess it wasn't fun being on the receiving end of it in cryodiil.
