1. When will the unplayable FPS (FPS of 3-5 in PvP and even some PvE areas) be hotfixed?

2. When will our accounts be credited for the loss of service?

How many people are having a loss of fps? Not experienced any in pve. Not sure about pvp as I do not venture there often.

Nave no idea what you mean by "some PvE areas". Had no problems whatsoever yesterday in PvE (played toons in two different alliance zones).

Also if your computer is crappy and running on an ancient O/S could be one of the keys as well, you provide absolutely no usefull for information in how it could be crushing your FPS.

Could be a possible solution, if the system you have is not up to pair or am barely able to run it or just over the hill... then take into consideration that you might have to reduce some of the eye-candy eg. lower resolution and so on and so forth.

You know....there is one or two other things to do in ESO, where you dont lag what so ever.

At VR12 (aka end game), there is only PvP and Trials.

Both suffer FPS lag since 1.2.3.

Not sure what would cause this in PvP, but Cyrodiil has been unplayable for me since 1.1.3 anyway. For PvE, it could possibly be related to the "interior lighting" change, seeing how that is about the only big graphics change they did. Have you tried lowering the graphics quality to "dull and ugly" and see if it makes any difference? Is the problem related to interiors with windows casting a projected pattern on the floor? Is your graphics card and operating system (i.e. not Windows XP with DX9) up the the challenge? The DX9 shaders do not appear to get much love from the developers.

OMG! None of the 5000 players who PvP ever thought to try lowering gfx settings to see if that helps! You are a genius!

Runs like a champ for me. Of course I have a pretty decent rig, not the best, but good, SLI'd Nvidia cards 670's, pretty decent, I get FPS in the 80's most of the time.

    Perhaps this maintenance?

It has to be the lightings though. I find my skills brighter and have more glow. That could be just my eyes trippin'.
People keep telling me they're gonna buy me an ale. They never do.

There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's culture. And the Elves.

    Tuesday: Massive FPS lag.

Difference between Monday and Tuesday: Patch 1.2.3

MMOs also have in their defence a thing that say requirements to play may change over time, due to updating a better looking game, more visual effects.. or simply upping it to be running on more modern systems in more smooth ways.

I am not a PvP player, but I thought I'd try Cyrodiil...OMG...as soon as I joined a battle, my FPS dropped to 10...I hadn't experienced this since my dial-up days 15 years ago. I dropped my graphics down to as low as they would go and no difference...it kept fluctuating between 3 and 13 FPS. I thought this problem was long gone.

    Actually, they don't.

When they post minimum and optimal specs, if those change, they are obligated to say so, and update those specs. If they don't, then the specs haven't changed, and there is no expectation of requiring better performance.

Looking at Patch notes for 1.2.3, no change to the min or optimal PC specs are present.

Also, as we know, they acknowledged this is a bug (its on the known issues list) but haven't hotfixed it yet.
