Notifications bugged?
Anyone else not seeing pop-up notifications in-game for skyshards, quests, lorebooks, etc.?

✭✭✭✭✭I've noticed this too. After 1.2.3 I don't get any notifications for Skyshards, Lorebooks or other achievements. I can hear the achievement sound, but don't get any notification. WTF? Were these getting in the way of your minimalist UI, ZOS?1
