I love to play PvP, I'm fine with paying to play a game, I know this is a new game.
I don't like completely unbalanced classes where the same guy is the biggest tank, the heaviest single target damage, the highest heal, the most AOE damage, reflects every spell and hit, has constant stuns and roots on you, and has been rerolled to the point where 75% of PvP is this 1 exact guy, with the exact same skill bar everytime.
I don't like when my game crashes periodically every hour like clockwork and I cant find a single guide or forum on how to stop it when my computer is well beyond the minimum specs and im forced to play PvP in minimum detail and see that this game is making me run at 100% CPU usage and over 4 ghz for extended periods, ON MINIMUM, when pre-patch I could run it in ultra.
I don't like when people cheat their way to max level, cheat infinite supplies, cheat to emperor status and cheat every part of PvP and don't get punished. In fact, they don't even get banned or rolled back. It seems like theres a secret reward system in ESO where cheating gets you to the top the quickest way with no repercussions and zenimax will actually defend the cheaters and say you cant tell on them and show others they are not legitimate players, since zenimax will not ban them.
I don't like being forced to choose between 500 walk and talk quests in a row or killing 60 billion zombies to level. I don't want to be forced into repeating the same dungeons over and over and over again to grind veteran levels, just to have any kind of chance to last more than 5 seconds in PvP, the reason I bought this game.
And most of all, I just don't seem to like zenimax at all. much offense to you guys your customer support has been terrible when it comes to reporting things. You make so many false promises when it comes to fixing lag in PvP or combating "hackers" and "cheaters" but it gets worse every day without even so much as a response. Since the last patch Daggerfall Covenant has been teleporting to our gate way shrines and stealing our scrolls and spawn killing our load-ins and we haven't even received a single roll back from it yet. Any time the DC emperor a known hacker and exploiter in wabbajack server comes near us we magically drop to 5 FPS until we log out and back in and that's not fair at all. But you guys wont help us? Does Ebonheart Pact not matter to you because of some guy uploading music videos about DC makes it the cool famous 1 to join so let them do whatever they want? Unacceptable. Aldmeri Domion has been exploiting silver leash all day where it auto kills vampires and werewolves instead of the 5% chance to do high damage, it will flat-out kill us every time.
There is seriously too much to list off that you guys neglect and turn a blind eye to, in order for the pay checks to keep rolling in. I paid for a working, well ran game. I didn't pay for "The Elder Cheats Online" I didn't pay for "The Elder Stuns Online" and I most definitely didn't pay for an extended beta testing period where the game actually gets worse and you ignore everything we say to you guys. Maybe you shouldn't spend our money on making fake molag bal maces and use it to repair the many broken pieces that is your game.
I am 1 of many Wabbajack EP's that are walking out on this game due to ridiculous amount of hacking and unanswered cries for help. we sat through this for 2 days to find out nothing will be done about it, they don't get banned, and at the most they might get the equivalent punishment of someone who says a bad word in zone chat. once again, completely unacceptable. you will allow people to destroy the game entirely for others for a bigger pay check. and that is not how games are ran zenimax, you should have banned them 2 days ago when they first started, now your user base of legit and loyal players is walking out because you've sided with the people who buy 20 accounts at a time to multibox and cheat their way to victory.
I don't expect anybody to read this whole wall of text, I just felt an explanation on zenimaxs failures was required before signing out and canceling my subscription to this awfully ran game.
Goodbye Tamriel, maybe I'll return when Bethesda fires these "bankers" and hires some "computer programmers" to make your game work as intended.
Thank you for your time.
